I can’t recommend Boston Body Works highly enough! From start to finish, the experience was seamless. The staff was professional, communicative, and genuinely cared about getting my car back to perfect condition. They provided a clear estimate, kept me updated throughout the repair process, and finished the job earlier than expected.

Super happy with the service here. Stopped by on a whim to see if they’d be able to replace a driver’s side mirror that was sideswiped. Expected to get hosed on the price compared to what I was seeing online. That was not the case at all. I was in and out of the office in no time with the part ordered for the next delivery run. They popped the new one in as soon as I was able to get back. Great service, no drama, very fair price. No one likes having to deal with body work, but if you do I would go to BBW without hesitation.

Boston Body Works has been Great. I have worked with them a number of times. My car is 10 years old it and it looks awesome, because of the knowledge and care they put into every job they do. John, son Domenic and his team are a pleasure to work with.

Owner was extremely nice and very approachable. They were extremely honest with their work; Repaired my dent and they ended up not having to remove the entire panel as anticipated , so they took half off the quote. Will return if need repairs 100%!

Dom and his team did a great job repairing my vehicle after an accident. They worked with my insurance directly and helped me every step of the way. Very thankful to have my car back and looking good as new!

Karla was amazing! The first things she asked me was if I was ok 👍🏾, which I was. She proceeded to give me clear and concise information and went a step beyond bringing my car inside, dried it, wrapped my back window with clear plastic wrap so I can visually see instead out of the back instead of the makeshift black trash bag I had on it. Hope her boss recognizes the gem 💎 she is. I would come back here for business anytime. She treated me well, she was efficient, professional, and caring. Most important she took the time to assist me after being experiencing a hit and run from a drunk driver. Give this woman a 5 Star, a raise, a management position and acknowledgement for her efforts and service. I believe she wrapped it herself! It was busy, but she took the time. I took my truck to Boston Body Works for a few small repairs recently. I heard the shop recently changed ownership. I first called and spoke with the new owner of the shop, Eric. Every interaction I had from the first to the last was great. He & his team were professional, knowledgeable, timely and intentional. The work they did was excellent. There was no unnecessary lag time with wrong part orders or delays and I felt as comfortable as possible that my truck was in good hands the entire time. It came out of the shop looking like it just rolled off the lot. If you are local to Boston, I could not recommend Boston Body Works more.

Extremely helpful, quick, and knowledgeable. I called without much information about how/what to do about my splash shield dragging on the ground. They just told me to come by and I was in and out within the hour. Highly recommend this shop for people looking for a quick, easy solution to their car troubles. I live right down the road and won’t go anywhere else for the same service. Thank you!
